Eligibility Criteria —
For ITI: Candidates must have passed the trade examination from NCVT or SCVT or any institute recognized by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship / Ministry of Labor and Employment, the duration of which is as per the Trade Apprentices Act 1961 and must have at least 50% marks in ITI examination.
For Non ITI: Candidates must have passed the Secondary (Class 10th or equivalent) examination by the last date of application and must have at least 50% marks (as per original mark sheet) and at least 40% marks in both Mathematics and Science as per the norms of the respective board.
Application fee —-
The application fee for general and OBC category candidates is Rs 200, while for SC/ST/Female/PWD/Others (Transgender) an application fee of Rs 100 has been sought. The fee can be paid through Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/Cash Card, Wallet/LMPS/NEFT/UPI, BHIM.
Selection Process —-
Candidates will be selected for the post of Trade Apprentice in Yantra India Limited on the basis of their merit and the option of Ordnance Factory. Merit list will be prepared separately for both ITI and Non ITI. Merit list for non ITI will be prepared factory wise on the basis of marks obtained in Madhyama or Matriculation (Class 10th or equivalent), total marks in all subjects or highest marks out of 5 subjects as per the norms of the respective 10th board.
